Meredith Kolodze, DSW, LICSW, is a dedicated Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the field. Meredith has devoted her career to making a positive impact on the lives of older adults. Currently, she is a Program Manager at NAMI NH where specializes in providing essential training, education, and support to older adults and their families, focusing on mental health awareness and care.
Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 dogs, yoga, baking and reading a good book. Meredith has lived throughout NH for 25 years, and after moving around often as a child, has made Southern NH her home.
