Jerry Walls is a native of the Concord New Hampshire area and grew up in Hopkinton. He and his wife Ann have resided in Concord for over 45 years. For 40 years he was a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser and Consultant and for 25 years was the owner and President of Concord Realty Advisors. During his professional career he specialized as a consultant and valuation expert in the Senior Living Industry. His area of expertise includes for-profit and not-for-profit Independent and Assisted Living Facilities, Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC’s), Long Term Care Facilities, and Subacute and Acute Care Hospitals.
Jerry has come to appreciate the support and benefits that Assisted Living provides residents and their family members having shepherded several family members through this journey.
Jerry retired in 2018 and enjoys travel, skiing, hiking and biking with his wife Ann, his two adult children their families and his two grandsons.
