BJ Entwisle has lived with her family in Canterbury New Hampshire for 35 years, after gradually moving north from Baltimore where she grew up. She is a retired internist/geriatrician, having been on the medical staff at Concord Hospital for 32 years. She has been on the board of the Whittaker Place from its inception, and took care of patients in the building for over 15 years. She has been on the boards of the Shaker Village, the Concord Hospital, Capital Region Health Care and the Concord Chorale. In retirement, she has expanded her amateur musicianship, singing in two groups, and playing guitar and mandolin.
