A native of Concord, Frank has resided in Concord with his wife Pamela since 1982. After obtaining his law degree, Frank started practicing law in 1979 as a trial lawyer in a Manchester law firm before joining a Concord firm in 1999. He retired in 2018 from the law firm of Ransmeier & Spellman, P.A. after nearly 40 years of representing his clients in civil and environmental cases as well as probate and trust disputes. He is currently a mediator with Hess, Gehris Solutions in Concord.
Frank has servered on numerous boards and committees throughout his career including United Way of Merrimcak County, the Concord Planning Board, YMCA Camp Belknap in Toftonboro, NH, the New Hampshire Personnel Commission and the New Hampshire Judicial Council.
Frank and his wife have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. He enjoys hiking, skiing, listening to music, and reading.
