Your Responsibilities and Options

• Community Fee – $2,000 one time fee. 

• Health and wellness assessment before move-in day.

• A Security Deposit equal to one month’s rent and services is required. A detailed fee structure will be provided.

• There is a 30-day notice of any change in the monthly service charge.

• Residents may contract with outside services not provided (e.g. additional home health care services, hospice care, etc.).
