Our Assisted Care Program is for adults 55+ who may need assistance with daily tasks to remain independent. The Assisted Care Program includes:
• Personal Care Services 24/7 provided by Granite VNA (formerly Concord Regional VNA)
• Full-time Nurse
• Weekly Housekeeping Services
• Bathing Spa
• Two served meals each day
• Scheduled van transportation to local stores and events
• Van or car transportation to medical appointments
• Daily and weekly social and recreational programs
• Daily and weekly wellness and exercise programs
• Weekly linen and laundry service
• Free washing machines and dryers for personal use
Additional Assistance
As needed, for an additional fee:
• Barber/Beauty Salon
• Skilled nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy
